The most intriguing person in my life

I agree with Dillion Burroughs from my earlier post, Jesus is the most intriguing person out there!

Jesus is:
~ God born human - I mean think about it. He's the word up in heaven, best place for His exist, surrounded by angels singing in voices any singer would envy. and he chose to be born in a stinky manger.
~ He grow up in our world with all our issues.
~ The He's called to address those issues with teaching and healing.
~ Killed by the leaders of the day.
~ Raised from the dead, to conquer death after three days.
~ Taught 12 men about being the way, and the life to change who knows (only God) how many people in the last 2,000 years or so.

Awsome!
Our Lord, Our God is awsome! and very intriguing!

Most Intriguing Person of 2010

I found an blog by author Dillon Burroughs about Most intriguing people or 2010.  Go check it out.
He ask the question:

"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. "Maybe Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more." The Grinch

Well I do believe that Christ was born and 30 something odd years later died on the cross for us, all of us, every human being on the planet.  We just have to accept Jesus Christ as our Savior.  That He did it all for Love!  His love for us, not our love for him! His Love!  Wow that just give me a wonderful silly feeling! One being (God) love me no matter what!
That what "Maybe Christmas...perharps...means a little bit more." is for me!
I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas yesterday!
We had a White Christmas! It was wonderful!

How Do You Know

Well I went to see the movie How Do You Know with Reese Witherspoon.  This is an ok movie.  Wait until it arrive on DVD to see. Not Reese's best.

But it does bring up the question - How do you know?
How do you know you found the right guy?
or have the right job?
How do you know you are on the right path with God? (Yes, I'm wondering [and yes I'm turning this into a post about God])

I wonder about a good bit of stuff.
Like why do I have a crush on the latest guy I have a crush on?
Does God have a hand in everything in my life?
I am one of those girls who believe God does in fact know how many hairs is on top of each person's head.  So did he give me my latest crush? not sure on that one.  I have been told the more we devote to God the more he has a hand in our lives.  I really hope He created this crush otherwise it doesn't make any sense....
So what do you wonder about? or think God busy creating in your life?

Chirstmas - Healing and Salvation

I'm reading a book titled Surprised by Healing, it's written by Delores Winder with Bill Keith

It this book Delores is healed from a life threatening illness and Jesus heal her.  Later in the book after her healing she said
"Many people want to see miracles; they get all excited, but soon forget that Jesus' first priority is to bring to people into the Kingdom - not miracles, not healing, not deliverance, but salvation.

I know I get caught up in looking for the miracles, sign and wonder of God, I forget it's all about the Blood of Jesus and the salvation that come from His Blood.

Jesus Christ died for us, to rid us of our sins and the hold the world has on us.
We're in the Christmas Season, the baby Jesus is born! Our Savior is Born!  Love made flesh!  Rejoice! Rejoice with angels and heaven above!  Rejoice and spread the good news!

Merry Christmas!

"But First Seek"

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”  Matthew 6:33 NIV
Have you ever walked into a place, your church? A place where a revival is taking place?  And in that place you felt the presence of God?
I have.
A few times.
When I do feel the presence of God, usually, not always, I see angels.
Like this morning, I walked into our church’s fellowship hall and the presence of God overcome me.  I feel dizzy and a little off.  No longer part of this world, but still in the world. I look up at the lights hanging from the ceiling, where I have seen angels before, and they are there, sitting on top of the light shades.  By the way, I see angels like they are ghosts, I see their form but I still see through them.
I once read in a book, (sorry can’t remember what book) that angels are the only one of God’s creation who can move from God’s throne room to earth, so when they show up on earth they bring with them the presence of God.  I believe this.
I have watched angels come into a room, and the presence of God grow stronger.
Also where there are angels there is Jesus.
And let’s not forgot Jesus is the reason for the season.
First seek the King, Jesus and then His blessings will follow.  In the verse from Matthew Jesus is talking about food and clothing.  If we first seek Jesus we will have food and clothing.  We need to trust Our Lord to provide our basic needs and then we will see supernatural blessing as well.
Now keep this in mind I see angels every once in a while but I’m still learning to trust Jesus with my basic needs.
God Bless you!
Jesus love you!
Merry Christmas!
